Access to the content of the Service is offered as part of subscribing to a tacitly renewable daily, weekly, monthly subscription without any commitment or is accessible through individual purchases.
- Subscription to the Subscription
A. Pricing Conditions:
- Operator Payment
In the case of weekly operator payment, the User will be billed by their mobile operator:
– €3 including tax per week
– Equivalent to €3 EUR including tax per week
- Store Payment (Apple or Android)
In the case of monthly InApp payment, the User will be billed by the Store:
-€11.99 including tax per purchase
- Credit Card
In the case of payment by credit card, the user will be charged:
-€11.99 per month (excluding connection costs)
B. Free Trial
When subscribing to your subscription to the Services, and when available, you may benefit from a free trial during the period as described in the Services offer. Your first payment will be deducted immediately after the free trial, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided in Article 6 herein. You also have the option to cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the free trial.
2. One-Time Purchase
Content less than thirty-six months old or certain Content is available for rental on a one-time payment basis only, under the following financial conditions.

In the case of operator payment for rental, the User will be billed by their mobile operator::

- Store Payment (Apple, Android)
In the case of Store payment for rental, the User will be billed by the store:
